About Me

Hello, my name is Maurice.

I am a marketing lifer, a serial entrepreneur, a dad, a husband, a nerd, and hungry most of the time.

I’ve been working in and around marketing for most of my life, and not just my adult life. I started when I was a teenager in a media and entertainment agency. I refined and shaped my customer-centric mindset when I served in the German Army’s PSYOPS unit. During this time, I cemented my marketing approach, a simple and fundamentally sound method that puts the customer, the audience, at the center of all activity. My marketing approach is nothing extraordinary, and that is the beauty of it. Anyone can implement this marketing method and apply it to any situation.

You have to be consistent and not waver from the step-by-step plan. Friends and colleagues appreciate my out-of-the-box thinking and the natural, pragmatic way I explain complicated matters. I love what I do and have fun working with clients who range from people in industries such as software, music, fashion, and sporting goods to cars. At its core, marketing is all the same. A brand wants to sell a product to a customer. Figuring out the best way to achieve that goal is where it gets interesting.
